My husband and I had wonderful experience at the Caspian.The hammam and massage were incredibly relaxing and professionally done! The staff was friendly, especially Rina from Bali has magical touch😍 and made me feel very comfortable throughout the massage.The ambiance was peaceful and very clean which added to the overall experience.Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality spa services!

I had an amazing Turkish massage experience, and I can’t recommend it enough. Everything was perfect — starting with the sauna and jacuzzi, followed by the relaxing foam ritual, and finally the massage itself. Each step felt well thought out and incredibly rejuvenating. Special thanks to Diana — she was wonderful! Her hands are truly magical, and she made the whole experience even more enjoyable with her professionalism, care, and positive energy. After the session I felt like a completely new person, full of lightness and relaxation, as if I was born again. This place is definitely worth visiting if you want to experience real relaxation.

My friends just came home from this so-called spa in tears! I honestly don’t recommend anyone to go to this place unless you want to be scammed. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were promised a 60-minute massage and were even willing to pay extra for more time, but as you can imagine from this review, they didn’t get the full session. They also weren’t shown to the jacuzzi, which was supposed to be included in the package, and overall, they felt completely ignored by the staff. When they tried to discuss the issue, the staff immediately got defensive and accused them of not having enough money to pay — which was obviously not true. To make things worse, the staff even pulled one of the masseuses aside and confronted her in front of my friends in a very rude and uncomfortable way, trying to make them feel guilty. Despite everything, my friends still ended up paying the full price, which they definitely shouldn’t have considering how unprofessional and disappointing the whole experience was. I honestly don’t recommend anyone to go here. I didn’t personally visit the place, but after hearing how upset my friends were, I felt I had to write this review so others know what they’re actually paying for — a scam and rude treatment

We visited Caspian Hamam in Alanya and had a really disappointing experience. We changed our program because we wanted more massage time, and it was supposed to include a 15-minute foot massage but we only got about 5–7 minutes. The full-body massage was also shorter than the one hour that was promised. The jacuzzi was included in our package, but they sent us straight to the changing room without even asking if we wanted to use it. When we went to the reception to explain what had happened, the staff were rude and completely lacked understanding. One man even said, “First you complain about the massage, now the foot massage ,you don’t know what you want.” Then he added, “Money seems to be your problem, it’s too expensive for you.” He even called the masseuse out, who looked very uncomfortable ,almost like he wanted to make us feel guilty for speaking up. Overall, it was a really unpleasant experience. We left feeling disrespected and disappointed, and we will never go back there again.
